Ciara Turns HEADS in EMILIO PUCCI DRESS....



Ciara appeared at the Black Eyed Peas Benefit Concert presented by the 7th Annual Peapod Foundation wearing a fitted, chocolate brown, floor-length Emilio Pucci dress.
