William Levy, 30 - known as the Brad Pitt of Cuba - appeared alongside the superstar in the video for I'm Into You, filmed in Mexico in April.
He reportedly separated from his wife of eight years a month after the shoot.
Now William has spoken out to dismiss numerous reports he is dating 41-year-old Jennifer.
His spokesman told TMZ: "The only relationship there was, or is, is a professional relationship.
"That's all there's ever been."
Speaking after working with the singer earlier this year, William enthused: "It was wonderful. I felt very comfortable.
"She is a very sincere and fun person.
"The truth is I had a really great time. It was wonderful to see that someone so huge could be so down to earth, in addition to being really funny."
